The Box is 80% Air

You buy a box of cereal. It's a massive box, looks like it could feed a family of four for a month. You open it up, peer inside, and way down at the bottom is a small, sad bag of flakes.
They call it 'settling during transit'. Nonsense. Unless the truck drove over a series of violent speed bumps for three weeks, there's no way half the box disappeared. They're just selling us cardboard and air.

It's the same with vitamins. A giant plastic tub containing thirty pills. The pills take up a quarter of an inch. The rest is just empty space and a giant piece of cotton wool. It's a scam.
